Cancellation and Refund Policy

Booking Conditions:


  1. Booking requires 100% payment within 3 days after confirmation.
  2. Bookings made less than 3 days before arrival must be paid at the time of booking.
  3. For bookings made more than 6 months before the arrival date, the cost of the first night per room must be paid within 3 days. For bookings of more than 5 rooms, individual booking conditions are coordinated with the manager. The remaining balance must be paid no later than 14 days before the arrival date.
  4. For bookings exceeding 15,000 rubles made earlier than 14 days before the arrival date, 50% prepayment is required within 3 days. The remaining balance must be paid no later than 14 days before arrival.

Cancellation and Refund Policy:

  1. Cancellations made 3 days before the arrival date are eligible for a 100% refund or a deposit for future bookings.
  2. For cancellations made less than 3 days before the arrival date, the prepayment is non-refundable. However, 80% of the amount can be transferred to a deposit for future bookings.
  3. If a guest checks out 1 or more days before the end of their stay, the amount for the unused period is non-refundable.

Cancellation and Refund Policy for New Year Holidays (December 30 - January 8):

  • Cancellations made 14 days before the arrival date are eligible for a 100% refund.
  • Cancellations made less than 14 days before arrival are eligible for a 50% refund.
  • For cancellations made less than 7 days before the arrival date, the prepayment is non-refundable.

To cancel a booking and request a refund, the guest must submit a refund request form provided by the hotel. The form must specify the refund method and the reason for the cancellation.

Refunds will be processed within 7-14 working days, and in some cases, up to 30 working days from the date of the request submission. Refund time depends on the payment method and the bank.

Funds will be refunded using the same method as the original payment, to the same bank card used for the booking. Bank details can be found in your online banking account.

The mentioned rules do not apply in cases of emergency situations or extreme weather conditions. In such cases, the paid funds will be fully refunded unless otherwise specified in the rate conditions.

Hotel check-in is only possible with a valid ID for each guest (Russian passport, birth certificate for minors, foreign passport for foreign nationals). If a guest cannot provide valid identification, the hotel reserves the right to refuse accommodation, and the funds will not be refunded.
